Welcome to CieloWeb Shield. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the CieloWeb Shield website and services ('Service'), operated by CieloWeb.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to analyze illegal content or to conduct any activity that is harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.

The Service is intended to be an informational tool to help you assess the risk of digital content. The analysis provided is not infallible and should not be the sole basis for your decisions. CieloWeb is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on the analysis.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ('Billing Cycle').

All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to store and process your information with the third-party payment processor.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CieloWeb and its licensors.

The analysis reports generated are for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell or publicly distribute the analysis without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CieloWeb, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
